How To: Improve Curb Appeal

What is the first impression you will give buyers about your home?  Make sure you create a welcoming space for buyers. Here are a few tips:

• Make sure to cut the grass. If your neighbours grass is long, maybe volunteer to cut both at the same time.
• Water your flowers and trim any trees or shrubs.
• Repaint or re-stain your porch, deck or door.
• Pressure wash or clean your sidewalk/driveway.
• Add flowers or a new entry mat.

If it’s winter make sure your sidewalk and driveway is cleared. If you’ve ever slipped on the ice, you know it doesn’t leave you feeling happy after.
